It was well organized and I will definitely book again
Positive: I loved the kitchen and the master bathroom it was really nice
Negative: There is nothing I don’t like about the property but only thing I can say was there were bugs like spiders and baby geckos and dead ants by the sliding door but we were able to get most of the spiders and the ants out to finish enjoying our stay

Would have been great, but lackluster cleaning and faulty door
Positive: The property is open, stylish, and very comfortable layout and beds. The location was great, quiet and serene, lose to everything, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were mostly responsive tour concerns.
Negative: There were many issues, but early on I decided I didn’t want to spend my family vacation on my phone fixing said issues, so in fairness, I didn’t give the property owners a chance to correct most of our issues because I came there to play, not wait for things to get fixed or be done properly. The patio door remained jammed and wouldn’t lock. I had my kids with me and there is a trundle bed in that room, so it posed a huge safety concern. After several back and forth with the property, I was told it works, you just have to play with it a little. Turns out we had to use a different screw and MacGuyver the door to lock. The same patio didn’t have enough curtains to cover the windows.
Upon further inspection of the property, it was barely cleaned. The kettle was melted from the bottom and the coffee pot was filthy. Every dish had dried food on it, was sticky, and there was a silver fish in the silverware. Now, we are from Florida so bugs don’t bother us much, however an ant infestation nest is near the front door, under the trim. The amount of daddy long legs and spider webs were almost unbelievable for a rented, occupied property, but I believe in daddy long legs for the other bugs. No cockroaches, thank goodness.
The pillows, towels, and blankets appeared clean at first glance- everything did, it’s such a cute place. However, we found boogers on the walls, shower curtain (zoom in), and lots of hair and debris on the bed. I messaged the property owners who were very friendly and wanted photos to notify the cleaners, but I couldn’t figure out how to send photos via the booking app, and frankly wanted to get on with my vacation and not keep messaging through an app. We weren’t in the property but at night and decided cooking was more work than it’s worth due to having to clean pre dirty kitchen/dishes our selves, so we enjoyed just our comfortable sleeps and convenience of location there.

1. Room darkening curtains or blinds needed (the blinds installed let all neighborhood lights flood the rooms, thank goodness we had sleep masks).
2. Full curtains on the back sliding glass door should be a requirement (if this is to be offered as sleeping quarters, it should be shielded from infiltrating light from streetlights outside at night).
3. Pillowcases will not be provided for sofa bed. You must use pillows from other beds.
4. Bring your own washcloths (there is no way to wash with a towel that makes it an easy or pleasant experience - if every hotel in America provides them, they are needed & useful, otherwise they wouldn’t be made).
5. Heed the lip on the floor leading from the living room to the back room (it bends down & your balance can be lost upon stepping down into the room).
6. Door frame on the bedroom containing twin beds is not square (the door doesn’t fit into the frame properly & has to be pulled very hard causing it to slam closed making an incredibly loud noise which wakes everyone in the house).
Otherwise the house was acceptable, neat, clean & updated. Communication was easy. I feel like the house is managed by a property service & is not as interested in making the needed corrections, but hopefully I’m wrong.

Reeked of smoke
Had to cancel our stay after walking in and finding that the house reeked of cigarette smoke. We also found a window that would not close so there were bugs all over inside and stains in the carpet. The neighborhood was not nice either. Overall do not recommend unless they make some major changes

Positive: Nothing
Negative: The back sliding door did not close. Had to get a stick to close it and secure it for me and my kids safety.
