South Tampa Private Gem Attached to $Million Home

Positive: We stayed at “Cosy Haven attached to a Million Home” for three weeks, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very first day, it truly felt like home. The space is exceptionally cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. It is also stylish, beautifully decorated, and clearly designed with great attention to detail. The neighborhood is fantastic — quiet, safe, and very pleasant. We often went for walks with our child to nearby playgrounds and parks, and especially enjoyed strolling along the beautifully Christmas-decorated streets. The location is incredibly convenient: everything is just minutes away, whether on foot or by car — restaurants, cafés, parks, multiple grocery stores, banks, labs, downtown, the DMV, and local attractions. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is truly outstanding. He is kind, honorable, extremely responsive, and genuinely cares about his guests. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We absolutely loved it, I already miss this place 🙂 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home.

Positive: Great property Negative: Everything amazing

Positive: The home is in a great location, convenient to everything we wanted to see/do. It was very clean with all the necessary amenities. Beautiful the decor. We loved the flow and natural light throughout the home. Negative: Home is above the the garage. The entrance door had a key lock. However, there is no key for the unit door which is located at the top of the stairs. There is a second door just inside the main door that we assumed went into the garage. Once inside the unit you could lock the door but when you leave that door can't be locked.
