If you need to get away for a few days or even longer and want hometown vibes away from home this can is your place!! Pl Positive: Beautiful property sleeper location. Wonderful ocean views. Staff that really goes above and beyond! The room smelled amazing very clean. Would rebook in a heartbeat. Negative: The initial drive up only because it was some construction going on but that was only cuz of damages from recent hurricane.

A disaster. Negative: What I expected to be a lovely anniversary turned into a nightmare. I booked my stay for the 19th-22nd. When we arrived everything seemed to be going well until we woke up the next morning and saw not 1 but 7 cockroaches. 6 were on their backs (some dead some still moving) which means this is an issue they are aware of and they must sprayed something probably the day before. The biggest one ,which was the size of two quarters side by side, was still very much alive and crawling on the wall in the living room area. I contacted the company and their response was “we will see of we can have someone come and spray”. I advised that we were not comfortable staying here and wanted to know what our options were as we do not live at home with cockroaches and do not desire staying out of state with them. They did offer us a different room which we appreciated the accommodation. However, when we did move to the second room it was a complete downgrade from the initial booking, had a weird smell, and very much outdated. The shower curtain they have is nasty a visible build up of bacteria and rust. The kitchen is outdated and needed a better cleaning. The garbage disposal reeks so there is a smell in the kitchen. When I reach out showing them pictures and expressing how we were not satisfied, not to mention now we are continuously looking for a possibility of cockroaches all while a feeling of disgust. Honestly, if it wasnt so hard to find another location to book with or a flight back home because of the football game happening that weekend we wouldn’t have stayed. The property stopped responding so I reached out to booking.com which by the way are also no help at all (I will never use their company again to book because they do not have your back I rather go through a more reliable third party company). After the company was notified that I reached out to booking.com the responses were insane. They told me the second property is “normal wear and tear” and how they were comin

Positive: The host company was amazing. They were in constant touch and eager to be sure we had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the unit was pretty. Loved the fire pit and the pool side bar was nice. Location to everything was a plus. Negative: The property itself was run down and in desperate need of a renovation. The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming both in the stairway and in the unit. The one staff member we spoke to wasn’t helpful. We needed change for the laundry room and they were unable to give us any. The said there was a change machine in the laundry room but also admitted he never stepped foot in there in the two years he’s worked there!!
