Glamorous Historic Bungalow - Great Location!

Our stay was fantastic and conveniently located Positive: Great location near interstate restaurants, Ybor city downtown Tampa amateur Work Publix and Walmart also close by everything very centrally located and I definitely will book again Negative: No complaints

A nice cozy place conveniently located Positive: The best things about the property were having my own space with a full size kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, & a washer/dryer. The air worked great the whole time. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. There was plenty of street parking. Negative: I had no dislikes about the property.

Cute place, with everything you need! My 18 month old and I stayed for 9 days and we were super comfortable. We took walks every day through the neighborhood and everyone we past was very friendly. McFarlane Park is just at the end of the road, I actually walked her with a stroller to Tampa Riverwalk and it only took 20 minutes. There's a gas station right on the corner and a handful of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. William was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend.

I spent one night there (ofand moved out the next day and didn’t return. Negative: Cleanliness. And I found rat poop in the kitchen cabinets. And it was really gross under the bed. Dead bugs and grime.

I don’t recomend it Positive: Nothing Negative: I can't understand how this house could have such a high rating 😂 but I guess in America such poor standards are rated so highly. The apartment is quite worn out; it doesn't look like the photos for a long time. I found unfamiliar underwear by the wardrobe. There are ants everywhere in the apartment. For a two-week rental, there's only one garbage bag, and there are no amenities. The owner didn't even know if parking is allowed in front of the house. For me, that was a very low standard!
