Glamorous Historic Bungalow - Great Location!

Good Positive: Front porche Negative: Relaxed

Negative: Upon checking in I’ve noticed their were 2 alive roaches sitting in the living room floor. I’ve immediately contact the host because i had just drove 3 hours away from home. I should have followed my first mind and had them cancel my reservation due to the house not being properly maintain. Saturday 10/3/26 i spotted another roach and quickly emailed the host informing them that i was no longer staying in that condition and was checking out to drive 3 hours back home to a clean, bug free house. I’ve been getting delayed about a refund for the inconvenience and the poor cleanliness of the house. It’s unacceptable, for me to work hard and couldn’t get a refunds due to their poor preparation

Negative: Our stay was negatively affected by a pest problem at the property. During our stay, we saw multiple cockroaches and a significant number of ants, including ants coming through an opening around the bathroom sink. We also found cockroach-control products already stored in the property, which raised concerns that the issue may have been known beforehand. We reported the problem to the host, but we did not feel comfortable having pest control enter the property while we were still staying there. The pest issue significantly affected our comfort and experience during the stay, and we are requesting an appropriate partial refund.
