Beautiful unit with close proximity to EVERYTHING!! The owner was very helpful and quickly responded with any questions! Positive: I loved how close it was to the restaurants and shops! So close to the beach !!

Overall, we had a great stay. I will still recommend staying here. Positive: The property is very close to indian rocks beach. It’s cozy. We got everything we needed. Close to everything. Negative: Cleanliness can be improved. There were some utensils and cookware that were not washed, the dryer has lots of lint.

I was very happy with the location, size, and cleanliness of the unit. It was nice to have two parking spaces readily accessible even though you could easily walk to everything including the pool and beach. William the host was very easy to get a hold of and quickly return my text messages. This was a great vacation to put all life’s stress behind you. From the early walks on the beach in the morning to enjoying the sunset at night. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great get a way. I will definitely book here in the future.
