Booked last minute and had great communication. Good location for everything and enjoyed relaxing there!

William was an excellent host, responding promptly. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just 10-15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium. It was ideal for our one-night stay for the BTS concert. The place was clean, with a hot shower and functioning AC.

Cute house but not worth the fee they ask for it Positive: It was a cute house Negative: The neighborhood was not great. Close to our location a shooting happened and the area overal was not what we expected based on the price of the Airbnb. The house was separated from another unit by a flimsy door. The first night we could hear every conversation going on in the other part of the house, but we slept through that. The second night a party was going on till 1-2am. We were not able to sleep - music, yelling etc. Not knowing who was on the other side of the door, we were very scared to say something. For the money we paid for this Airbnb compared to the quality of our stay it was a not worth it.

Very cute home and perfect for staging area for moving our daughter back to UTampa. The home is super close to the university and the core shopping stops needed for move-in (Ikea, Target). Neighborhood was peaceful and there are some great food options near by.
