Perfect Location-Vinoy Beach Getaway: Sun and fun!

This is not a two bedroom property. The sofa bed had dirty sheets and there were no spare ones. I recommended that the owner purchase new linens across the board— towels included. The place could definitely benefit from a a makeover. Only positive was the location.

Positive: The area only Negative: The accommodations were not appropriate, after long travel 4 hours from miami... getting there tire with my family.... Finally to relax the sofabed was broken, dirty and you can literally feel the metals on your back. I contacted the facilitator and booking and owner without success. I had to look for an emergency hotel for me and my family. I left the same after noon.

Assistance should reside close enough to the property to minimize hassle with unforseen problems. Positive: Horrible experience getting into the apt. The lockbox wouldn't open. Spent 2 hours on the phone, couldn't get it to open. I kept insisting he come over (or send someone.) Eventually he did and the key was in the lockbox wrong so eventually he smashed it open. Everything else was ok and mgmt was nice but it turns out the lockbox problem goes way back. I wonder if they replaced it yet? Negative: Coordination between management and maintenance so everything's working right. $400/night for this place is a rip.

This was a great location for a swim meet my son and I attended. It was within walking distance and is a very safe area and a great park nearby. The bathroom needs some TLC and the shower curtain liner was very dirty. Otherwise, the accomodations met what we needed.

this is the perfect VRBO. It is in the wonderful old Northeast Neighbourhood of St Pete. Quiet safe and beautiful neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and bright. There are windows on three sides!It’s easy to walk to restaurants and there is a beautiful park just 1/2 block awayI almost don’t want to praise it too highly because I wanna come back every time. I’m here in St Pete.I had a few small questions and the owner replied to my messages each time within one hour!
